History

ConSys Concrete Corporation is a turnkey concrete contractor established in June 1998. Consys Concrete services the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. Our main focus is now as it has been since inception: "Quality Work at a Competitive Price".

The majority of our work is for government agencies with most of that work being done for school districts. The list of districts where work has been performed includes: Dallas , Fort Worth , Mansfield , Ennis, Garland , Plano , McKinney , Crowley , Ferris, Whitesboro, Burleson, Frisco, Irving , and Arlington ISD's. As well as: North Central Texas College , and Navarro College .

Our next highest level of concentration is working for churches. We have had the opportunity to work on First United Methodist Church-Forney, Central Lutheran Church of Dallas, Pantego Bible Church-Pantego, Rush Creek Baptist Church-Arlington, Lewisville Baptist Church , Gospel Tabernacle Church in Dallas , Crosspoint Baptist Church , and Stonebridge United Methodist Church in McKinney among others.

In addition to school and church projects, Consys has done work for the City of Dallas , and for both airports. This includes a new terminal and parking garage for Legend Airlines at Love Field in Dallas which exceeded $2.8 million. Additionally, Consys Concrete began expanding into the private sector with projects such as: Lone Star Credit Union - Terrell, Palomar Hotel & Condo - Dallas, and Preston Valley View Shopping Center - Dallas.

Consys Concrete has completed multiple projects that exceed the million dollar level. Our largest project to date is the Northwest Service Center for the City of Dallas which was $3.25 million. Consys Concrete has experienced tremendous growth over the last four years with annual revenues growing from $6.2 million to $14.4 million. We project to be at the $25 million level by the end of 2007.

Consys Concrete currently employs ten full time superintendents. Our superintendents have from five to forty-three years of experience in the concrete industry. From tying rebar to placing and finishing concrete, Consys Concrete performs its work with its own forces. The only thing we subcontract out is the pier drilling. This allows us to control the quality of the work from the beginning to the end of the project.

We are responsible for all types of concrete work including columns, flat slabs, pan slabs, elevator pits, piers, grade beams, topping slabs, and paving. We believe that our ability to produce a quality product while at the same time being able to maintain a schedule, if not be ahead of schedule, is our strongest attribute.
